The Process

Imagine freeing yourself from the nagging insecurities, paralyzing fears and shameful guilt caused by past money mistakes in a safe and confidential space. For most of us, our relationship with money evokes tremendous anxiety and remains one of our deepest, darkest secrets.  By sharing their money stories of past financial regrets, clients feel immense relief. Arriving in a compassionate and confidential space opens doors that have been locked for a lifetime. Release is palpable!

The process begins by exploring our earliest memories of money which can be incredibly liberating. Compassion for one’s younger self is instrumental in healing childhood confusion and wounding. During our developmental years, early coping strategies are highly intelligent. During our discovery sessions, we evaluate their relevance and effectiveness in your present day life. The earliest imprints of money demonstrated by our parents and/or caregivers often distort our personal relationship with money as adults. Through deep reflection and somatic awareness, we explore how these early memories effect and often sabotage the way we interact with money.

My practice is open to everyone and I am proud and fulfilled to be working with the non-binary and LGBTQ+ communities, and feel strongly about providing an inclusive space to empower all individuals in their unique process of healing their relationship with money.

Deeper discoveries come from exploring questions such as:

  • How do we arrive at and claim our self worth in the marketplace?

  • What does a life of abundance mean and how do we move towards cultivating more?

  • How can we curate spending and investing to align with our life values?

  • Acknowledging we all carry antiquated beliefs, we are then free to change them.

  • Raising awareness of how our money story plays a leading role in how we make and spend money every day.
